Born in the historic city of Canterbury, known for its rich tapestry of medieval history and Chaucer’s legendary tales, I began my journey in the creative world far from the bright lights of Hollywood.

After graduating from Plymouth University, I embarked on a career in fashion publishing in London. However, a visit to Los Angeles ignited a desire for a very different life, leading me to exchange tea & crumpets for sunshine & palm trees.

In the early days of my career, I worked in advertising for major studios like Paramount and Warner Bros., contributing to hit shows such as Star Trek: TNG, Entertainment Tonight, and Frasier but seeing elaborate sets through  the open doors of studio sound stages I knew that this was where I wanted to be.

After graduating UCLA’s Interior & Environmental Design program, I found myself working as a PA on The X-Files’ seventh season - a turning point in my career and one that would shape my future in the industry.

In that career I have been lucky enough to craft worlds that bring to life the essence of the characters who inhabit them, whether it’s a telekinetic villain’s lair, a superhero’s sanctum, or faithfully recreating The Brady Bunch house to the more prosaic such as hospitals, police stations or a little girl’s bedroom.

My work spans iconic genre-defining productions, family dramas, sit-coms, superhero franchises & Super Bowl commercials, among others. Career highlights include collaborating with visionary showrunners like Salim Akil on Black Lightning and Taylor Sheridan on The Mayor of Kingstown.

My passion for storytelling through set decoration remains as strong today as it was the first time I stepped onto the set of Mulder’s office and saw that iconic “I Want to Believe” poster and my goal is to continue to bring creative visions to life, one set at

a time.
